Mexico was the last lifeline pulled and that was a few months ago. I played the podcast on Mexico importing Texan natural gas for over half of their energy needs. That tells me Mexico is not sending help ever again to the current regime. The US will let everyone leave and starve out whoever is left. Remember this is bigger to Rubio than winning POTUS.
