(Nazarenes) can also be found in 2 Kings 17:9 and 18:8, in the Hebrew, but usually gets translated as, "watchtower" or "watchmen." The "tower of the Nazarenes" is described as the northern boundary in, 2 Kings 18:8.

There is a theory that Nazarenes was a group competing with Pharisees, so “of Nazareth” is not just “of the place”

Jew here. Orthodox Christianity always seemed 180 and I've thought about converting.

the line at the bottom should be the catholic church, not the orthodox church.
Michael I of Constantinople got *excommunicated* by the Catholic Church, got MAF about it, and turned around and said "oh yea? well you can't excommunicate me, because Im excommunicating you!" a classic butthurt melvin who tried to ascend his clique. Pope Leo IX, the heir to the chair of St. Peter, LOL'd at this and told him that he had no power to do that and should start his own church if he wanted. He did, and that became the orthodox church, which he named it to sound "real" and "genuine".
