Guy was told by Obama to stop funding gain of function research, resumed doing so when Trump was in office, then when the virus leaked he knowingly coordinated the publishing of false papers in science journals to cover up that the virus was the result of gain of function research.
I think you can make the case that's gross negligence murder, but I think the weak spot is that there isn't a clear tie towards tying Fauci directly to the Wuhan lab.
But maybe you charge Fauci as an accomplice after the fact and instead charge Baric or Dazak. |
