Date: April 22nd, 2025 10:30 PM Author: Autista It's pretty weird when you get right down to it. He's a successful businessman and real estate developer. But his real love is state politics. He loves hanging out in the state capital with the state legislators.
I learned this because I was in the state capital one evening recently and I ran into him and his "friends." Basically the state legislators hang out at bars and restaurants after a long day of wheeling and dealing, and he has ingratiated himself into their circles. He contributes enough money that they let him hang around.
He was involved in local politics and gunning for state legislature, but he self pwned in a local scandal that made the news so he lost his chance. Still hangs around these guys. Does this most weeks the legislature is in session. It's..... a little sad? |
