He’s so old that DAVE WANNSTEDT fucked his career by denying his transfer waiver which is why he went to Delaware so he only had sit out one year.
Wannstdedt preferred Tyler Palko

It’s crazy how they are still hanging on by a couple fingernails. They can definitely beat the Steelers twice with Flacco/no Burrow, which is the key to the whole season. This Thurs game would be perfect to have Flacco go full sandlot/Peyton audibles on every other play like he did with the Browns last year. If they do that, split with the Ravens, and then win 4/6 of Jets, Dolphins, Bears, Pats, Cards, Browns (very doable) they have 9 wins and likely get the division tiebreaker. Flacco basically just needs to find 3 wins in their next 6 (Pitt x 2, Pats, Jets, Bears) before 12/7 @ Bills or 12/14 v Ravens when Burrow will likely be back and then Burrow can run the table of their last 4 and get them to 9-8. If they can get even luckier from there they would play the Pats instead of the AFC West #2 in the wild card round.
