Date: January 23rd, 2026 5:54 PM Author: MisterX Subject: McDermott McDermott, Will & Schulte posted a combined revenue of $2.99 billion in 2025, the firm said, with chair Ira Coleman calling it a “defining year for our firm.”
The total revenue includes both the combined performance last year of McDermott, Will & Schulte, a firm created through an August 2025 merger, as well as each legacy firm's individual performance in the first seven months of the year.
The 2025 merger was a deal between Schulte Roth & Zabel and the much larger McDermott Will & Emery, which had more than three times Schulte’s headcount.
