if you can't even speak or read the nominal language of your orthodox church (let alone old church slavonic itself), you are a fraud, and you will NEVER be a genuine member of the faith. you are, at most, an absurd LARPer. that's harsh, but true. |

A lot of upcoming clergy are either second generation immigrants or first generation but came here when they were young/think of themselves more as American than their parents' ethnicity |
