who would live in florida -- or anywhere, for that matter -- w/o insurance even if you're ARR CASH? catastrophic coverage is a must even if you own free and clear.

i see your point, but they say the rebuild cost of a house is $250-300/SF for an average build, for a 3000 SF house, that's $750K-900K. seems dumb to take that risk
