Australia has these for the aborigines (I specifically recall signs *over toilets* clarifying, with contrasting graphics, that you should not get up on top of the toilet and squat over it with your feet on the bowl).
They also have fun jingles so you remember to not sleep on the road, no matter how much warmer it is than the surrounding dirt on a chilly night. |
