it’s not just because they don’t have the valuation-driven western hype cycle, chinese contempt for wordcels is deeply engrained and the process philosophy of Alfred North Whitehead is very popular there.
of course, there should be slightly more acknowledgment that while the real world looks nothing like a gigantic Go board the internet looks exactly like one and it would be bad if there were some kind of uncontrolled outbreak that disabled the internet. |
