I flew 2 hours to get to said interview and paid my own hotel when I was dead broke. I did not get the job, they hired an urm. Good for the urm! Prepared a big excel and power point presentation. Flew halfway across the country on my own dime. Presented it to a room of people. Participated in humiliating workplace hypos where each of the 5 applicants was given a role and a problem and then forced to work together while being observed to solve it.
3 people were then dismissed. Me and the other person were then interviewed for a few hours with upper management people. I was not extended an offer, the remaining applicant was.
This was for a 2 year management training program for a big company. Paid $80k/year. |
