W2 job is 7on/14off nights.

On off week's do occasional week of days with 1 company 10am_6pm or another company 5_9pm. Now will add a 3rd company where I only do weekends 9_5pm at premium rate. I also do occasional 8pm_1am at premium. So will have 4 different malpractice carriers

Unless you're in a rush to stack cash so you can retire ASAP, you shouldn't be working nights like that. Terrible for your health.

Why? I checked the way to replace nights ultimately is to work something like 4pm-12pm plus 8am-12pm at 2 different jobs, and if I get fired from either I am under employed. My

night shifts end between 2am and 7am. If I worked purely days like 9am-6pm or alternative 2 jobs for 7am-12pm plus 2pm-6pm I would make about 200k less.

Your choice. I personally prioritize my health over everything other than my kids (not that there's ever any sort of conflict there).

That said -- in my experience MDs are shockingly terrible when it comes to knowledge about or willingness to put effort towards healthy living.
