1g is probably overkill.

fasting is the key for me.

What do you mean about fasting is key?

I will eat lean steak, and I am trying to do 200 calories of fruit a day, but basically all I eat is lean protein and healthy veggies (no oil or added fat ever).

Because I was doing 500 and then 1000 and want to build moar muscle so I am now doing 1500. I am lifting heavy an hour a day.
