This seems blatantly obvious and intuitive to anyone who has lived in the world for the last 40-50 years, just as it is intuitively revolting when fitness shrews poast clips of themselves squatting with giant pregnant bellies. Pregnancy is a process that requires focusing effort and energy on growing a new human life from a single cell to a 6-9 lb ~20” long mini human in a very short span of time. Of course it’s retarded to run marathons or do 40 sets to failure every week while you’re trying to prepare your body for that and then complete the process. There aren’t studies that show a teen girl who lifts weights is permanently impacting her fertility and only a retard would think that. For that to happen she would have to put on and retain muscle mass at such high levels and/or reduce bodyfat to such low levels that she can permanently supress estrogen etc. and there would be obvious indications of problems before that eg her period would stop. And getting to that level without either roids or a wildly unfeminine set of genetics is not plausible anyway.
