Eastman was disbarred for advising that the VP unilaterally can reject certifying the EC vote, yet now POTUS unilaterally can ratify constitutional amendments. That said, the declaration is meaningless because Biden isn't actually ordering the archivist to do anything (and she has indicated she would disobey any such order). |
