Depends on your annual spend and the SUB you're getting for each.
Chase is a good option but do they still have those retarded categories you have to pay attention to?
Cap One has a couple good 2x miles / 2% back options which are across the board on all spending. If you can get a good SUB with them that might be a good option if your annual spend is high
Amex I've only ever used on the personal side so can't help you there

oh that's right, i had the 5% card which was worth it for me because it had a sub i was able to hit and then after that i just kept it open on the few recurring payments i had that got the 5%
wow that's all cap one is doing? they used to have much higher bonuses. they also waive the $100 fee for me every year but I don't know if that's if you spend a certain amount.
maybe estimate your annual spend to see if the chase 1.5% with no fee is better than the cap one 2% with no bonus (since you won't hit it) and $100 fee
