When I repped these fucks I had a sweet old lady client who shot her neighbor dead while he was washing his car in the driveway. She was an old lady when I met her, but she refused to believe she could ever do such a thing, so she still couldn't get out of the hospital 20 years after the fact |

If people show genuine improvement they can be moved to halfway houses. However few make it past that stage unless they have rich family who can afford assisted living, because someone needs to verify that they are taking their meds.
