True for me as well. For a really long time I would take lots and lots of breaks. And I stopped for 6+ months a few times since I started.
I feel better overall than when I was on it quite quickly -- less than a week. But I become exceptionally lazy at work and am prone to outbursts of anger for quite a while.
I used to stop taking it when I had a vacation or something before I had kids. But now that I have kids, the last thing I want is to ruin a vacation with anger outbursts.
Counterintuitively, the best time to quit can be when really busy at work. When you're really busy THE FEAR motivates you.
