Then watch some of his youtube videos where he expands on the concepts in the book. His concepts are so obvious and simplistic that you'll question his method. I swear it works if you put it into practice.
It won't help you become a PUA, but it really will help you from shooting yourself in the foot before you even get out of the gate.

It might even be helpful to make a thread on it, if parts of it seem like BS (and I suspect that'd be the case) tell us which parts seem like BS to you, it'd probably be helpful to test your takeaways against the rest of the boards'.
Full disclosure, I haven't read this book, but it seems like a sincere, on point, recommendation

I've reached Part III. It's much better. But it took 50 pages to get there, in which he communicates little. |

most of it seems pretty intuitive - "women are cats, men are dogs" etc. i weakly agree with everything he says but i can't see how it translates into practice

but the thing that's kind of "meh" is that basically he suggests that there's a lot of girls (inc those that we think are out of our league) that'd date us if we just didn't shoot ourselves in the foot. I think that's true but I was hoping he'd have some stuff to help me get to the next level
i.e., once you stop being needy, lame, and are fairly confident regardless of station in life, then what to improve on oneself |
