It's one thing to do with Mexico and Canada and then carve out exceptions for individual industries. But when you're unilaterally, applying to 180+ countries, you're not on the phone with the POTUS of the Maldives and Vietnam and China and France at the same time to leverage individuals deals
It's just his dream to destroy the Global economy. He's doing it proudly and without regard to the casualties.
