IMO both states should just follow their own respective duly-enacted state laws which govern (and thus potentially circumscribe) their own state-level redistricting efforts, IMO AFAIK FWIW.
Not sure if that's a "hot take" or not, IDK admittedly "just follow the laws you guys have each already enacted to govern this issue" might be a little bit too extreme and overtly partisan in 2025. In fact, when I type it out and see it written there on the screen, it almost seems like yet another insidious manifestation of Structural White Supremacy(TM)! |
