JFC. $1.2 million gets you 2500 square feet on 0.2 acres in fucking Boise these days? I was expecting to see a comparison between a NYC shitbox and a Boise mansion. But the New York house is significantly larger (3300 square feet on 1.2 acres) and 10 minutes from a train line to MFH. What am I missing here? The Boise house is apparently designed by some famous architect and within walking distance of downtown Boise, but I'm not sure why you would pay $1.2 million for either of those things if it only gets you 2500 square feet in Boise.
