3% margin. Lmao. I fucking told you idiots for years that their business was Ruinious, after seeing how much they were paying Publishers to put games on gamepass. EVERYONE on here, Reddit, and gamefaqs (all 3 are The Same) said “trillion dollar company, champ,” or, “subscription revenue is Huge. Look at NFLX.”
3% means they’re Losing Money imo since there’s invariably some allocable expenses not included in that. Also those acquisitions are all sitting on the balance sheet. They don’t “count” against their margins but they still get to show the COD revenue lol.

Im breaking it down because of how dumb people are. PURE BLOODED liberal artists like LTM and Walt Jr need extra explaining imo. Im Explaining to a presumably dumb audience like a VOX article. You can burn tons of cash on an acquisition but it Doesn’t Count. Money made in Cloud got burned on ATVI and Bethesda.
When assets are worth less than they were originally valued, they are Impaired, like Bungie just was. Tons of Redditors were like “marathon haters don’t know what an impairment loss is 🙄.” It’s exactly what the haters think it is….
Activision/Blizzard were assets that they overpaid for unless COD remains popular literally forever. Another 10-20 years isn’t nearly enough.
