They dumped their entire 50k man mobile reserve into Vovchansk to fight a literal C level Russian formation with no tanks behind it and they lost. The Russians took the Citadel in Vovchansk two days ago. The Ukrop forces there are effectively broken. The Russians have not committed their main force which is sitting around Sumy doing absolutely nothing. The Russians are basically playing tag with small recce in force formations composed of Storm Z units (prisoners sent to die). The core Russian army isn't even in Ukraine.
