More mediocre swing state polls for Harris, and her lead in national polls is down a tick, too, to 3.0 points.
Note that these polling averages aren't affected by convention bounce stuff.

Yes, Harris’s forecast — what you see on the second half of the page — remains subject to a convention bounce adjustment, although the impact is decreasing a bit. But Trump has been gaining ground on her in most of our state polling averages, too — and they aren’t impacted by the convention bounce adjustment at all. |
