Frustration nearly “Boiled-Over” last month, after Israel launched an Assassination Strike against Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah in the Lebanese Capital of Beirut; with the Assassination occurring right as Biden Administration Officials were hoping to Finalize a Ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah. “Excuse me, what did you say?” Secretary Austin reportedly said when he was told of the Strike in the Call right after with Defense Secretary Gallant, asking Gallant in a Second Call later that day if Israel was prepared to be “Alone” in its Defense, due to the Lack of Notice about the Strike.
