Copenhagen.
Amsterdam is more tawdry than you might think. Outside the canals which are fun with a boat for a few hours, I don't see it as a particularly special or interesting place with great QOL.
Danish are based people. Old fashioned lean socialist government + strong anti-immigrant + proud to be Danish mentality. Very credited. Copenhagen is family friendly. Hygge is a psychologically important concept the Danish deeply believe in. Only thing Denmark doesn't have are mountains.
