the movie was still shit. ultra blaring nolan-esque booming "music" drowning out language, overlong and poorly paced (half of film spent on stupid dustbowl earth), shitty color scheme, bad cast (anne hathaway & the redhead are always annoying), cloying and simping message
i don't like any nolan films
with that said, i really did like lynda obst's earlier film contact, also starring mcconaughey and with similar themes |
