even when soccer teams are clearly better they just kick the ball around like retards like they do against even matched teams instead of ripping shots on goal. score would prob be like 3-0.

incentivize them with a payout per goal differential and you'll see lots of goals.
imagine 16 players on each side and you pay the winners 20k per goal differential up to 10 goals. losing side gets a flat 3k each.
you'll see a 10-0 or 11-1 blowout
only costs 3.2M in prize money
