They never even learned the Pharaoh's name. They just called him "Pharaoh." Imagine writing a book about Obama, but only calling him "President" out of respect. Imagine never using his actual name once in the entire book.

Moses was a dream interpreter for the pharaoh. That was one of the most pretigious jerbs you could have. The Jews who wrote that passage probably didn't even know that. They were like "and then one day Moses told pharaoh what his dream meant," like that was something an ordinary slave could do on a lark. The Jewish mind, folks.
PS egyptian snake charmers can make a snake stand up straight like a staff right now, today. What was Moses really doing that day?
Edit Joseph interpreted the dreams, Moses did the snake trick. Still, both would have known the pharoah's name for sure
