There's a legit case to be made that if they are unwilling to do so then the US has done all it can be expected to do considering our debt and the ocean protecting us from Russia's army.
But I expect that if push comes to shove they will tap those funds. |

And if the Dems take the House like I expect then they can use that leverage to at least give Ukraine something in exchange for passing something Trump wants. |
