He is like my friend (in ukropia) who was picked up by the bus and they told him if he signs the papers they'll send him in the reserves as a cook or he is free to leave but then next time they'll catch him on the street they'll send him to the front" well he signed the papers and now they're sending him as meat without any army skills to the front.
