Date: December 12th, 2017 5:26 PM Author: Brindle Really Tough Guy you can't really buy it anywhere else with USD. Those other USD numbers are for Tether. You'd have to buy bitcoin or ethereum and then transfer it to a different exchange, which can take a lot of time and fees.
Also a lot of those numbers are for foreign exchanges which don't accept Americans.
