3.44 @ Michigan -- Where to Bid for OCI

Date: June 5th, 2011 4:28 PM Author: irradiated splenetic space I have no idea how to bid or what bidding strategies to use. I've never researched it and I only have a general sketch of the V10/20/50/100. All I want is a market-paying job in NYC, Chicago, DC, SF, or LA.
What are my chances? Am I looking safe? What firms to target? I heard I should probably eliminate the west coast and DC because they are impossible to crack right now. So should I gun for just NYC/Chi?

All credited places of working, although they don't do the blockbuster M & A's and divestitures and White collar criminal litigation that NYC/DC Firms do.

Very credited place of employment. They do some very good work. I worked in the transactional department, and the companies they represent are mostly privately-held corporations (unlike the big NY firms, who mostly represent publicly-traded corporations).

then he starts making random references to the firm Miller Canfield.
none of this would be that weird if he didn't do it in 50+ threads, but he does. i think he may be teddy and has probably worn a suit of skin in his lifetime.
EDIT: he also has a weird schtick component where he constantly asks C&F questions. he insists that his C&F background is fine but starts numerous threads asking if people have "heard back from the C&F committee yet" and how long is it supposed to take to get C&F approved. |
