As for best advocate (which is a different question altogether), I say Clement again. He goes up there commando and has a very natural flow to his arguments that the others don't really have. |

I think Dellinger always struck me as more politically savvy than the other SG's, probably because I think he spent time in the DOJ's OLC at some point which is somewhat political. I really like him, plus I have always had a lot of respect for OMM so there you go. He features prominently in the Supreme Court documentary that PBS did a few years ago, really well done.
