nah dood commercial = advertisement. it's a synonym bro.
the more general litigation you are referring to is called transactional litigation. don't worry when you start your SA just ask the assigning partners that you want to be placed in the corporate transactional litigation group.
but if you decide that you want to do the commercial/advertisement litigation i described above, make sure you express interest in a particular type of advertisement industry and medium. for example, the new "hot" area is, believe it or not, fraudulent pop-up ads for penis enhancement. i actually did a 2 week project at my firm on this on the defense side and it was lulzy as fuck. at one point i was combing through like 80 page forum threads and studies about average penis sizes for evidence.

so all those deals the corp doods spend all day doing, well, a lot of the time teh actual parties don't pay much attention to them or decide "fuck it, I ain't paying" or some such shit, and commercial lit doods clean up all the shit left over from the vague wording both parties finally agreed upon because it seemed to both as if it could potentially go their way
also, pretty often one of the parties is just straight up lying about something hoping it will never come up as long as things go well
