6'3- 173, 20%BF. 135 bench, 160 squat, 205 DL, 5 pull ups can run 10 miles straight at 9:30 pace. Yea, its that bad. Slowly went from fat fat 235 --> skinny fat 173 over last two years.
Good news is that people can't tell I'm a skinny fat when I'm in DAT Brooks Bros Fitzgerald Suit. But I'm sick of being a skinny fat and need advice. tyia

Losing 60 lbs. in two years isn't really 'slow' weight loss, but whatever.
A better diet will lead to better body composition. Minimize carbs, eat 140-160g of protein a day, and start doing regular HEAVY compound lifts. You still have a shitty fat body even though you're built like a twink - only way to get rid of it is to punish your body and put it under the kind of stress that will drastically alter composition.
