Friend of mine is engaged to Andrew McCollum, one of the first Facebook d00ds, probably worth a few hundred million dollars. They just bought one of those Painted Ladies houses shown in the Full House credits (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Painted_ladies)
How much would one of these cost?

In the wiki article that you linked, it mentions one went up for sale in 2010 for a list price of 3.99MM.

Was the Full House family supposed to be wealthy, or were we just supposed to suspend disbelief and assume that the house was affordably priced? I forget what Bob Saget's character did for a living.
