Messed up sleep, desperately need ADVICE

So long week at work, basically been sleeping 5hrs a night. Went to be last night at midnight. Slept in until 9am but then woke up, ate, slept til noon, ate, slept til 3PM. Now I feel terrible, wide awake, and like I wasted the day. It's 10:15 pm and I gotta be up at 7. Wut to do?
