Also, I have in-laws in Roanoke and have been there a couple of times. It's a complete shithole (and this comes from someone who grew up in a legit rust-belt shithole).

Any info on essay scoring? BarBri says we need an average of 7/10 on each essay, which seems awfully high compared to other states' essays. I can't figure out if there's a curve, if there are more than 10 possible points on each essay (so even though the max score is capped at 10, there are multiple ways to get there), or something else.
