What about hecklers, do you need some canned lines for that and just for certain types of people in an audience? |

Hecklers are God's gift. Basically the game is to single them out first, play passive for a bit, and then drop a canned line. If you react too quickly, the heckler will probably get you. |

Even the headliners only get paid $25 or so if its a showcase show. Featuring will get you around $800 a week at a club (which is often break even w travel).
The only real money is in headlining clubs, colleges, an corp gigs which is something you do after performing for at least 5 years and is by no means "extra change." |

i'm not sure about youtube clips. i know people with videos that get a lot of hits and have never heard anyone talk about making money from them. |
