75k seems pretty fair for someone who hasn't even had a full time associate position.
otoh, it really is kinda crazy how much a firm makes off you. you will probably bill around 2k hours, so even at a relatively low rate they are making hundreds of thousands off you.

I thought this thread was going to be mocking all my poasts re. My salary negotiation fail lolz.
75K is good though. I was offered $50K when I knew they could have offered higher- their job ad said so. In this economy, there will be others willing to go for less , and ur salary will increase too. Compare similar salaries for firm type/size in ur city, none of us know anything about ur firm
