I did two weeks of no fap a couple of months ago. Not only did my game improve, but I was more alert, focused, and energetic.
Interestingly, I also experimented with watching porn, but not masturbating (trying to see if it was just stroke technique or something). Depression, anxiety, erectile problems returned.
