IDK why moar men don't get it. Possibly because it can cost around 5000 dollars, some of the earlier methods were more invasive and more prone to complications so it has gotten a bad rep, and because of the myth perpetuated that size doesn't matter (LOL).

No it's a complete and utter fraud. Their previous product, which was almost exactly the same, was taken off the market after fraud claims took the company down. Now they don't guarantee any size increase but just say stupid euphemisms to avoid litigation.
