basically this.
i do like 4-5 hours of real work per day. i spend a lot of time in the office just resting/surfing the internet/watching tv etc. so i still leave at the same time as if i actually billed 9 hours.

how do u do that? dont u take frequent mental breaks and shit? would be annoying stopping and starting it everytime i decided to check ESPN, get coffee, go talk to someone, or whatever. it's just easier thinking back on my day and estimating.
