I'm going to Norway for 2 weeks (while being totally reimbursed for my entire stay+travel there too).

Any tips?

Take the train from Oslo to Bergen. It truly is spectacular, and lives up to it's description as "the most beautiful train ride in the world."

Oslo isn't a very big city. 3 nights there felt like one night too long.

Ferry through the fjords is absolutely worth it.

Not sure what is doable in the middle of the winter, but Norway has some of the best hiking in the world. I called their outdoors organization ahead of time (ANC?) and they have very good English and can recommend whatever makes sense for your trip.

The food is expensive but still sucks.

TCR. Oslo is OK but good stuff is hidden. Walk along the river to the north of town and there are some nice bars and live music places. Would plan to spend more time in Bergen and points north. Would also consider taking a side trip to Denmark or Sweden if you can. There is a ferry to CPH and train to Stockholm is very easy though 5 hours long.

Agreed. Bergen > Oslo, even though it is much smaller. Side trip is also a good idea if you'll be there a full two weeks.

If had a full two weeks, I'd also definitely do at least 2-3 or more days hut-to-hut hiking. They have the best hut hiking system in the world.

Do not stay in Oslo the entire time. Do what I recommended above and take the train to Bergen. Norway is really great if you love mountains, fjords, waterfalls, and epic natural landscapes. The cities are not the main attraction, imo.

Assuming I don't just stay in Oslo, how much time would I need to visit both Oslo and Bergen? 1 week enough? 2? More?

Stick to just those 2 cities or try other places in Norway as well?

1 week is more than enough for Oslo and Bergen, imo. They aren't huge cities. I'd definitely try other places, as long as you are cool with small towns or whatever. I took the train from Oslo to Bergen (see above, most epic train ride in the world). Then after a couple nights got on the ferry, which is extremely nice and comfortable, and hopped around from small town to small town through the fjords. For example, stopped here for a nights: https://www.google.com/search?q=aurland+norway&safe=off&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjkx9Ps3fnYAhWEoFMKHYliC_oQ_AUICygC

Lots of places like that if you like small sleepy towns to switch things up. Also, NYUUG approved first world public transport everywhere.

lol yea, most places did. If you just want to rage in a city then just go to Oslo for 3 nights and pivot to somewhere else like Copenhagen. Norway is more about the scenery and shit than the cities, imo. And hey maybe a reprieve from your harem apps would be good for you. I thought Koreans were pushing nature walks lately.
