i got over my depression by going nuts w/ exercise. went like 2 hours a day and ate like 1200-1500 calories. got in the best shape of my life, and i was a former college athlete.
i think part of my depression was that id never be as in shape or good at something as i was in college. the fact that i proved myself wrong felt good and kinda snapped me out of it, made me realize my life wasn't over yet. also gotta hella attention from the ladies, which really helps snap you out of a funk.
