NY allows you to carry MBE points towards the whole score, so yeah.
If you're also taking NJ, NJ does not allow you to carry MBE points over, so you have to hit a minimum on MBE and the essays.

Yeah, I regret signing up for NJ now. I'm not worried about failing it, but it just pisses me off that I have to spend another day on this shit, and not just that, but they put me at a testing location that's in the middle of fucking nowhere and now I have to crash in an Econo Lodge after the second day of the NY bar.

A 140 raw is fucking high, a 128 simulated was in the 76th percentile, and a 145 raw was 97th percentile....so if people do the same as on simulated, about 90% will fail.
BarBri told us a 126 raw is passing....
