dude I just got a hypo wrong where TTThemis claims it would be constitutional for congress to pass a law saying in substance "no one can discriminate against black people ever in any form in any business transaction."
They claim this would be upheld under the 13th Amendment. Yeah right.

con law MBE is actually kinda hard on the real exam... or at least it was last yr. luckily, one of my state's essays had a con law component and i killed that shit; definitely was easier than MBE conlaw tho
