im at 74% for crim pro...tied for my worst subject. At 86% for conlaw, my best.
Ive done around 750 or so.
bro have you read the model student answers for some of the old tests? They are mediocre at best, and these are the top answers. the essays will not be hard, and I'm banking on a stellar MBE score.

i have all the outlines. ive only memorized 3 new york subjects.
ive been doing problems, memorizing mbe subjects.
my plan is to memorize a subject every 2 days, except the small ones which take half a day. how fucked? is it really that hard to memorize ny subjects?

did some practice ones and read over maybe 50 or so others. as long as you can bullshit a bit, it's easy to get half the points. combined with a good MBE score and that is an automatic pass.
